Endurance Aventure is a
sport event organisation firm specialised in adventure racing.
Everything started in 1996 when Daniel Poirier and Jean-Thomas
Boily organized their first endurance race, the Duathlon des Coureurs
des Bois, an off road duathlon. That’s where they tought
of organizig a race that includes all the off road endurance sports.
On April 18th 1998, the first EnduranceAventure.com Raid was held
with a field of 20 racers, mostly friends of the organizers. |

Right from the start, the new adventure racing trend is being
observed. The racers response is an immediate success and without
any publicity, the EnduranceAventure.com events are full every
time. In 1999, the EnduranceAventure.com series become the first
official Raid series in the province of Québec.
In 2004, the organisation put on back-to-back two international
events, the Cross Country World Cup Final and the International
Raid Éco EnduranceAventure. In one year, the Endurance
Aventure organisation brought racers from fifteen countries in
its events.
Endurance Aventure does not neglect the local racers and organise
the most popular adventure race series in Québec with an
average of 120 racers at every event. The events success can be
explain because the organisers are themselves racers and they
know what athletes want in a race.
The adventure continues with the Raid international Éco
EnduranceAventure being the most appreciated adventure race in
Canada in 2004, 2005 and 2006. In it’s 11 years of existence,
Endurance Aventure has organized over 50 sports events and over
30 adventure races.
