What is the raid Endurance Aventure ?

This raid is for endurance athletes who have a good general shape.

Concept
Adventure race in two persons team. The course is design to give a lot of diversity to the athletes in the sports disciplines and in the sceneries. The two team members must be together the entire race and progress using maps and compass. The usual sports disciplines are mountain biking, rope works, trekking, trail running, adventure swimming and canoing. Also, there will always be some surprise on the course!

Duration of race: 5h00 to 10h00

Finishing rate
Finishing rate depends a lot on each team preparation. However, an average of 92 % of the teams get to the finish line of the Raid Endurance Aventure and 100 % do it with a smile.

What is the Fou Raid ?

This raid is for both beginners and confirmes racers. Our goal is to have a real challenge for everybody entering the race. The Fou Raid is the ideal race to bring your family, friends, kids and everyone who dream of doing an adventure race but who don't want to spend all day racing.

Unlike the Endurance Aventure Raid, some sections are marked to help the ones that do not have orientering skills. However, there are always alternative routes for the one who know how to use a compass. The team members must be together the entire race. he usual sports disciplines are mountain biking, rope works, trekking, trail running, adventure swimming and canoing. Also, there will always be some surprise on the course!

The key here is to go to your own beat, eat well, dress well, hydrate well. That way, your chances to finish the race are extremely good. An average of 96 % of the teams get to the finish line of the Fou Raid and 100 % do it with a smile.
